Briya contracts with full-time volunteers each year through AmeriCorps and faith-based volunteer programs. Volunteers are matched with positions that fit their experience and can be found anywhere from teaching in the classroom to editing the website to serving as school medical staff. Many volunteers find Briya a perfect opportunity to use their Spanish, French and Amharic language skills to connect with the school’s diverse family community. Briya encourages leadership from its volunteers while offering a supportive mentoring environment for professional and personal growth.
