Briya’s Board of Trustees gathers a quorum of Trustees six times a year in February, April, June, August, October, and December. All meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:10-7:30 pm except for the April meeting, which is held on a Saturday. Notice of the April meeting time will be given no less than two (2) business days before the meeting.
Board meetings are held virtually.
Board meetings are governed by the Open Meetings Act (D.C. Official Code § 2–571,). All full board meetings are open to the public. Please contact BoardChair@briya.org for guidance on meeting registration.
