Briya’s Board of Trustees gathers a quorum of Trustees six times a year in February, April, June, August, October, and December. All meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:10-7:30 pm.
Board meetings are held virtually.
Board meetings are governed by the Open Meetings Act (D.C. Official Code § 2–571,). All full board meetings are open to the public. Please contact BoardChair@briya.org for guidance on meeting registration.
